Shipping policy

How will my delivery be shipped?

Shipping Providers: USPS, UPS, DHL, YunExpress, Yanwen, SF Express, and other local EMS (Express Mail Service) providers, among others.

 You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days (In stock in the US )       

Standard Shipping: 10-12 business days ( Not in stock in the US )     

SHIPPING FEE: $5.99  (Free shipping for orders over $79)

Note:  

1. Receiving Time = Processing Time(Normally 48 hours) + Transit Time; For pre-order items, please refer to the information on the product page.

 2. If the product purchased by the customer is not in stock in the Germany/United States/Japan warehouse, it will be shipped from the China warehouse.

 3. There are high surcharges in remote areas and islands, and some remote areas and islands cannot be shipped. (Detailed places or other info please consult customer service)

 

Why are orders sent in separate shipments?

Products from your order may be located in different warehouses.

Your multi-product order may exceed weight limits for a single box.

The system automatically divides the package if your order contains pre-sale items.

Why have I received the notification from logistics

If your package hasn't cleared customs, it might be FedEx or DHL requires more information from the importer (you). 

Please contact the carrier and provide the required information ASAP to avoid issues with delivery.
