How can I enroll in the FALCAM Credits Rewards Program?
If you already have an account on joby.com, you are already registered. Simply log in to your account. If you don't have an account, simply visit the FALCAM VIP & Membership Center and click Join Now to create your account. Once registered, you'll automatically be enrolled in the FALCAM Credits Rewards Program and can start earning rewards.

No, the rewards program is free to join.

No, all earned through the loyalty program have no cash value and cannot be transferred to others.

After logging in to your FALCAM Membership Center account, you can view your available FALCAM Credits, rewards balance, and redemption history directly from your member dashboard.
Where can I earn FALCAM Credits?
FALCAM Credits are earned exclusively on falcamstore.com. Log in to your FALCAM account for purchases and all eligible actions to earn credits.
How can I earn FALCAM Credits?
You can earn FALCAM Credits in the following ways: Complete one-time reward tasks such as registering for an account, completing your profile, subscribing to FALCAM emails, making your first purchase at falcamstore.com, and follow us on social media. Make a purchase on falcamstore.com while logged in.
When will I receive my FALCAM Credits?
For shopping rewards, credits will be issued approximately 30 days after payment is successfully processed. Please note, applies to all shopping-related rewards, including your first purchase.
For other one-time tasks, credits are added immediately upon completion.
Do FALCAM Credits have an expiration date?
Yes. FALCAM Credits remain valid for one year from the date they are unlocked. Expired FALCAM Credits will be deducted from your account.

What happens to my FALCAM Credits if I return a product or cancel an order?
If you return a product, cancel an order, or receive a partial refund due to a price adjustment, any FALCAM Credits earned from that purchase will be correspondingly deducted from your account.
How can I redeem my FALCAM Credits for products?
After logging into your account, go to the "Redeem FALCAM Credits Rewards" section. Select the coupon you want and click on "Redeem Now".
What can FALCAM Credits be redeemed for?
Discount Code: You can redeem Credits for discounts of 10% (1,000 Credits), 15% (1,500 Credits), or 20% (2,000 Credits).
Free Shipping Code: You can redeem 800 Credits for one free shipping coupon, or 1,500 Credits for two free shipping coupons.
How do I use codes redeemed with credits at checkout?
On the payment page, check the box for “Discount Code". Please note, the system will automatically display the available codes that can be applied to maximize your savings. Or you can choose the coupon you want to use.
Where can I view my redemption history?
All Credits redemption records can be viewed under "My Account – Credits history", including remaining credits, credit history and so on.

Is there a minimum spend requirement when using coupons redeemed with credits?
No. Codes redeemed with credits has no minimum spend requirement and can be used on any purchase.
Can codes be used together?
Discount coupons and free shipping coupons can be used together in the same order. However, all discount coupons can only be used individually and cannot be combined or stacked with each other.
Can codes be combined with other promotions?
Discount coupons cannot be combined with other promotional discounts or offers. At checkout, the system will automatically apply the highest discount available to your order. You may also manually select the discount coupon you prefer if multiple are eligible.
Free shipping coupons can be used alongside promotional offers unless otherwise stated.
How long are codes valid after redemption?
Vouchers are valid for 90 days from the date of redemption. Please use them before expiration.
