Archer, our founder, once missed capturing a perfect starry sky because his camera gear took too long to assemble. That deeply personal regret and frustration drove him and co-founder Zilong to create tools that feel truly effortless to use.
Brand is Born
Drawing inspiration from ancient Chinese mortise-and-tenon joinery, they spent nearly ten months refining and perfecting the F38 Quick Release Plate. It requires no screws or nails, yet locks securely and can be assembled or detached in an instant. Compact, fast, and agile—just like a swift falcon soaring through the sky—Falcam was born.
Comfort and Efficiency
Since then, “comfort and efficiency” has been our unwavering mission. Starting with a single quick release plate, we have since developed over 100 products. Today, they help countless photographers and videographers around the world capture every fleeting moment of inspiration smoothly and seamlessly.

FALCAM was established, launching the F38 Quick Release System—an innovative integration of mortise-and-tenon structure with modern industrial design that revolutionized multi-scenario fast mounting.
2021
The F22 Quick Release System was introduced, pioneering the world's first quick-release camera cage and its comprehensive modular ecosystem.
The GearTree System debuted, delivering an integrated gear support solution for creators.
2022
The F22 Quick Release System received the iF Design Aweard. FALCAM released the F50 Quick Release System, achieving
compatibility with heavy-duty professional gear while advancing industry standard integration.
2023
The Maglink Magnetic Quick Release System was launchied extending the quick-release concept to shoulder and wrist straps.
2024
The TreeRoot Series was introduced, delivering a photography support system that combines stability, portability, and operational efficiency.
2025
The TreeRoot Quick-Lock Travel Tripod won the 2025 Red Dot Product Design Award. FALCAM launched the groundbreaking Move LightGo, enablingremote lighting control and unlocking new creative possibilities.
